A video was posted online with John throwing up the Blood Gang hand sign, and also holding up a red bandana. For those that are not privy to what this means, it usually is a way for Blood Gang members to show their affiliation to the gang.

A lot of people took to social media to condemn John for these actions, as it is not something a professional basketball player should be doing.

Since then, John took to Social Media to apologize.

There have also been other videos in the past of John throwing up the B on the court in celebration of getting a bucket.

This type of behavior is not anything new for basketball players, there are a lot of others in the league that show this type of celebration.

Not sure what John is trying to show with this video or with this celebration, but it is clear, John does not need any more street cred, he does a lot for the hood and has a long track record.
